Booking Terms and conditions:
1. All reservations are secured by a non-refundable deposit, equivalent to a 1 night stay
2. Weekends are sold on a two night minimum stay basis
3. Based on 2 adults sharing a double / twin room
4. We reserve the right to amend the tariff without prior notice
5. We regret that there can be no allowance or reduction for cancellation or curtailment of holidays, for whatever reason
6. We are a non-smoking establishment. Those who choose to ignore this policy will be automatically charged £100 for specialist cleaning of the room.
7. The balance of guests accounts must be settled before or on arrival, by credit card, cash or cheque with guarantee card [allow three days to clear, make payable to Ian Burt]
We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract. All confirmed bookings will receive details of Cancellation Insurance.
