The Old Vicarage is owned, managed and run by Ian & Helen Burt and their daughter Liana.

They bought The Old Vicarage in 1989 after meeting in the Lakes years before and falling in love with the place. When originally purchased, The Old Vicarage was a 7 bedroom house and it has since been extended to incorporate additional rooms and leisure facilities. We now have 16 bedrooms, including 4 suites, one being a garden suite, as well as a swimming pool, sauna and hot tub.

The family have been welcoming people into this Bed & Breakfast (and have regulars that have been coming) for over 30 years! Some of the regulars have grown up coming to The Old Vicarage and that is partly why it is such a special place. Being very family and dog orientated, the Burt family are very welcoming of all ages and look forward to welcoming your four-legged friends too.
